1. SHOP: Topshop has finally arrived and I can't wait to check it out!!! It will be only window shopping for me, you know with the whole budget thing and all. But who knows maybe I can treat myself to an accessory or two...You wont tell? right?!? Check out the video below of the shop opening and to hear a few words from Kate Moss.
2. CREATE: After I was inspired by Rachel over at Design Lovely with her beautiful Inspiration Collages, I'm hoping to create a few Inspiration Collages/Mood Boards of my own this weekend.

Created by: Rachel Mallon3. SEE: The buzz in the fashion world is all around Valentino...I have heard many great things about the Valentino Documentary and I'm hoping to get a chance to go check it out while its still playing at the Film Forum here in NYC.
4. INSPIRE: Since I can remember sketches/illustrations have fascinated me, even if their not my style I can still appreciate them. Which is why I was super excited when I found out that The Society of Illustrators Museum is running a new exhibit titled "In the Line of Fashion" running April 1-May 1. Its time to "celebrate the art of the fashion sketch"... and the best part is, its free!

5. THRIFT: Last summer I was a regular at the Brooklyn Flea in Fort Greene, but since they moved to DUMBO for the winter I sadly haven't made it out there. The dates have been extended until April 12th... which gives me this weekend and next to make my way to DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, for all you now Brooklynites)... although I must admit that I'm actually super excited that come April 18th the Brooklyn Flea is back to being just a few blocks away! Awww... the signs of Spring are near!
6. EXPLORE: I would like to get away, even if just for the weekend. No particular place, just somewhere relaxing and new. As long as I can resemble this while doing so...
...life is good!
What are some of the things on your must do/see for the coming weekends?
"Shop, create, see, inspire," etc...BUT what about "eat"!!??! I personally think you should add to this list a place to dine! =0) Also, just curious but what's the affordability of TopShop? Looks like a cool place to shop...

ReplyDeleteAs for Topshop its pretty affordable. Slightly higher than say H&M. Along the lines of a Zara (not sure if you have one in your area). Very Fashion forward designer inspired options for less. Oh and BTW its a VERY cool place! If your ever in NYC its a must see!
