Just a little reminder that THIS IS YOUR LIFE! I think I might hang this on my wall so that I can read it daily and remind myself to make the best of it! Life is TOO short and "just not worth living without wishes & dreams..."

My 6th Birthday - Circa 1990
Today is my 26th birthday and I could not of asked for a more PERFECT fall day in NYC! My mom sent me these pictures from my 6th birthday, which I though was pretty cool considering it was two decades ago, exactly! Its also pretty funny that I look pretty much the same today! Here's hoping the next 20 years are just as good if not better!

Who is Mrs. Lilien you may ask... well if you don't already know then your missing out. Mrs. Lilien is one of my favorite blogs out there. Beautifully written, organized and presented. Her post are Dr. Seuss meets Kate Spade with an bit of an edgy twist. In my opinion Mrs. Lilien is amazing! You MUST check out her blog. Recently she did a post on "Mrs. Scorpio", which being a Scorpio myself I can 100% relate to! I mean she described me to a tee. Below are a few excerts from her post but please click here and check out the entire story on "Mrs. Scorpio" you wont be disappointed.
"Mrs. Scorpio - a most powerful tour de force within the zodiac portfolio. A doubly dynamic Mrs is she - spilling over with excitement and magnetism,
oh just wait and see!"
"In desperate times she can become overly obsessive, determined and competitive - but always with the best intentions as she's notably intuitive."
"She steadfastly keeps her eyes on the prize - and she'll keep on keeping on until her dreams materialize. She's alover of the good life and all things fine - she just might be the best Mrs. in which to split a bottle of good wine!"
"In the end she's an amazing friend, who's certainly enthusiastic - She's Mrs. Scorpio and she's undeniably fantastic!"

Well my birthday is this Sunday and honestly I can't wait for the weekend for the simple fact that I will get to rest. I can feel a cold coming on and Im fighting it with all that I have. Hopefully my countless cups of airborne will keep this cold at bay so I can enjoy my b-day weekend. Now back to my "wish list" this fabulous skirt from Modcloth would be the perfect addition to my wardrobe and those bow gloves, in the words of Rachel Zoe, "I die..." and if you know me then you know I would LOVE to own this Fashion Designers Sketchbook book, it would fit very nicely with my collection if I do say so myself.

I love tea! Pomegranate green tea is probably my all time favorite, but most recently I have been addicted to Pumpkin Spice Chai and Apple Cinnamon Chai. How cute would it be to drink my tea out of this whimsical "Little Red Ridding Hood Tea Pot" from Fred Flare? And of course I would need this print from etsy hanging above my breakfast nook while doing so.

So I know I missed a day of my ever so fabulous "Fourteen Days of Wishes & Dreams" but believe me the things I have to share with you today where worth the wait. Both of the above are major wishes & dreams on my list as they are so far beyond my price range its not even funny. The limited edition Leica camera (only 100 were made) is an estimated $14,000, but isn't it oh so lovely! That orange color is to die for and the vintage look yet modern technology is right up my alley. Then they is my one true love when it comes to classic bicycles. I have been swooning over this Pashley bicycle for years now. One day maybe my wishes and dreams will come true...

So this weekend I decided to go on a little "Autumn Adventure" with my pup Frankie. We started off in Boreum Hill, Brooklyn, headed down to the Brooklyn Promenade, over to the BK Bridge then down by the water, through DUMBO, to the Farmers Market, through Downtown BK then back home. All it all we had a wonderful day which you can see documented in the photos above. I love taking pics of my little Frankie, he's such a good model don't you think?

Who wouldn't want to wear this pixel coat and swing high up in to the clouds? I'm loving the fact that this coat has a hood and hot pinking lining... I mean could it be more perfect. And, what a unique and whimsical necklace, such a great choice for a gift.
On another note I just noticed I gained two new followers yesterday, welcome! Please stay awhile and thank you for stopping by. For those of your who do stop by often or even every now and then, please look to the left under "My Lovely Readers" and follow along in the fun. What a treat it would be to hit 100 by my birthday (hint, hint). So if you would like to join me in my own little fairytale, please do join, you wouldn't want to miss out now would you! All you have to do is click the follow button and follow the directions, its that simple. And look at it this way you could think of it as an early birthday gift. (wink, wink)

I came across these suede shorts while at Lenox mall last week in Atlanta and fell head over heels for them, but at $198 I couldn't justify making the purchase. I must say though that the minute they go on sale the shorts are mine! Unless of course they come my way via a gift... if so size small please! And who wouldn't want a pair of burnt orange tights to layer with their Fall wardrobe. I mean seriously, what a nice alternative to black.
Anthro style and illustration all in one, how lovely! Anthropologie never ceases to amazing me. I love there creative approach to everything that they do. What an awesome team they have working for them. And by the way, did you notice that jacket on image #4, to die for! and those tights in the last photo are a must for sure!

Well the 1st of November is here and I couldn't be more thrilled. For one, along with November, Autumn has officially arrived, pumpkin season is in full swing, Thanksgiving is right around the corner, outdoor ice-skaing has began and best of all, my birthday is in fourteen days! While I'm not to big on parties, I personally would rather have a surprise party of some sorts. But everyones loves a good wish list and well since this blog is all about wishes and dreams, I though why not share with you my ultimate wish list. So each day for the next two weeks I will be sharing so realistic and not so realistic things that are currently on my radar. Please feel free to purchase anything that you see and send it my way, email me and I will happily send you shipping info. (wink, wink).
